Grace and Peace,
I am glad you have chosen to spend a few moments looking around, discovering who we are. As I describe Beulah to people, I use words like ‘community’ and ‘family.’ We are a group of people committed to following Jesus and worshiping Him with vigor and joy. We believe the Church is not another sub-culture, but the making of a new humanity. Church isn’t a building or a weekend activity, but a people- the body of Christ. We strive to live out the Gospel in our communities throughout the week, then gather each weekend as a collection of communities in pursuit of God’s will.
Our hope is that all people feel welcomed and loved at Beulah, and once here, we pray that people will meet God, and because of meeting God, give their lives to Jesus Christ; we want that for you.
While you are browsing our website, you will learn about us and get a glimpse of who we are, but only a glimpse. To fully understand us, come to a worship service, a small group, or an outreach ministry and feel the up-close, in-person fellowship that comes when people serve God together inspired and empowered by the Holy Spirit. Like a newborn baby, desire the pure milk of the word. Nourished by it, you will grow into salvation, since you have tasted that the Lord is good. Now you are coming to him as to a living stone. Even though this stone was rejected by humans, from God’s perspective it is chosen, valuable. You yourselves are being built like living stones into a spiritual temple. You are being made into a holy priesthood to offer up spiritual sacrifices that are acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
